Childminding Ireland Terms and Conditions

Membership shall be terminated by any conviction relating to the operation of a childminding service, or to the welfare and well-being of children or vulnerable persons. Membership may be suspended in the event of notification of a concern relating to child safety/protection pending review of that concern by the appropriate authority.

Childminding Ireland specifically reserves the right to refuse any application for membership (whether that be initial membership or renewed membership) and the right to cancel or terminate any membership at its discretion in accordance with the policies of the organisation.

Each member hereby confirms the following:

  • Their home is a safe place for children, with adequate toys, books and play materials. 
  • Their garden/outdoor play area is safe and appropriate for the age/stage of the children.
  • All areas of their home, available to the children, are smoke free.
  • Household pets are never allowed with the children without parental consent.

Childminding Ireland may change its terms and conditions from time to time. Current Terms and Conditions are available at www.childminding.ie. As a member you hereby acknowledge that such terms and conditions are subject to change.

The criteria/conditions of Membership are adhered to. This criteria changes from time to time and is available on our website www.childminding.ie

Childminding Ireland does not offer a refund on Membership fee once the Membership Pack has been sent.

Childminding Ireland accepts most credit and debit cards and cheques.
Please do not send cash via post.
Please note that any services/goods ordered will not be delivered until the customer’s funds paid to
Childminding Ireland have cleared in full.
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in euro.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error.
