Dear Members,
I hope you are all enjoying this wonderful weather. Busy days for childminders, hats, suncream and drinks!
Our AGM will be held on Saturday 21st of October at the Ashling Hotel, Dublin. At this time of great change to our sector, it is a very important day in our calendar and it is vital that as many members as possible attend this year’s AGM. Childminding Ireland is your organisation and is here to represent you and the issues that impact on your service. The AGM is a forum for you as a member, to voice your concerns, and share your experiences with your colleagues.
If you regularly attend the AGM, we look forward to seeing you on the 21st of October. If you have never attended our AGM before, can I appeal to you to consider coming along this year. The value of meeting up face to face cannot be overstated. The opportunity to talk to each other as working childminders, share your views and experiences, and be part of the very important discussion on where childminding in Ireland is heading, as the NAPC is rolled out over the next three years.
I look forward to meeting you on the 21st October.
Kind regards,
Mary Walsh,
Chairperson.
